The diameter of the X-Pole XPERT pole dance poles can be 40 or 45mm, knowing that the most common size in schools and in competition in Europe is 45mm. This is a standard that is suitable for beginners and professionals alike.
If you have a small stature and small hands, you may however prefer the 40mm diameter which will ease your grip.
The ideal option is to test the different diameters before buying your pole, but if this is not possible for you and you are taking lessons at a studio, then we would advise you to choose the same diameter as that of the poles available at your studio to keep similar sensations.

- Ceiling heights above 2285mm (7′ 6″) up to 2785mm (9′ 2″): all the parts needed for installation are already supplied with your pole set.
- Extension 125mm (supplied) : use for ceiling heights above 2410mm up to 2535mm.
- Extension 250mm (supplied) : use for ceiling heights above 2535mm up to 2660mm.
- Combine both 250mm and 125mm extensions for ceiling heights above 2660mm up to 2785mm.
- For ceiling heights above 2785mm (9′ 2″) up to 3410mm (11′ 2″): an optional extension is necessary. You can refer to the guide below to choose the right extension length:

We recommend that you refer only to the height charts provided by the manufacturer to ensure that your installation will be secure and functional.
X-POLE pressure mounted poles can be installed in rooms with solid ceilings, or ceilings that have a joist or girder above them. Pressure mounted poles use pressure between the floor and ceiling to keep them stable. Please note: false ceilings are not suitable for the installation of this type of poles.

X-Pert poles by X-Pole are dispatched with 2 extensions: one of 125mm and the other of 250mm.
Use this guide to determine if you need to purchase an additional extension.
- Measure your floor to ceiling height, then find the correct height on the charts below.
- If the corresponding Pole has a purple color extension, then you will need to purchase this specified optional extension.
- If the corresponding Pole has only white-colored extensions, you don't need to purchase additional extensions, they're all already included with your pole set.
- Each Pole set comes with 3 X-Joints.
- It is strongly recommended to purchase a big extension rather than assembling several small ones for safety reasons.
- If you order an extension without following the height charts, you may not be able to mount your pole properly. If in doubt, contact us.
- Note : for ceilings exceeding 3370mm, it is advised to switch to an X-Pole Build-a-pole model (on quote from X-Pole).

The delivery time for X-Pole products through DPD is approximately 2 to 4 working days. We ship X-Pole items from our warehouses located in France. Delivery times are indicated on the product sheet when ordering, or later through our customer service.
The delivery for X-Pole poles and accessories might be subject to additional shipping charges. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination, as well as the number and weight of the packages.
Particularity of X-Pole X-Stages : the delivery of the X-Pole X-Stage pole dance podiums is done at the doorstep, that is to say at the foot of the truck at the curb in front of the house or at the foot of the apartment building. No delivery is made upstairs or in the home. Make sure you make your arrangements to be able to transport the packages on your own to the desired room. Packages are most often packaged and delivered on a pallet. Single-use pallets are not taken back or disposed of upon delivery. Special conditions may be applied for Corsica, the islands and certain high-altitude localities (product not available or at extra cost).
Particularity of pre-orders : some X-Pole items can be pre-ordered, in which case it will be mentioned on the page of the relevant product. When a product can be pre-ordered, it means that it is available to order with a waiting period. An indicative delivery time will be specified when ordering.
