Delivery to Metropolitan France is free of charge for any order over €50 to a Colissimo Pick-up Point, or sent to your home. Below this amount, the delivery is charged €3.90 for a delivery to a pick-up point, or €5.90 for Colissimo sent to your home. After confirming your order, you will receive your parcel within 2 to 5 working days (usual delivery time).

The delivery time for X-Pole products through DPD is approximately 2 to 4 working days. We ship X-Pole items from our warehouses located in France. Delivery times are indicated on the product sheet when ordering, or later through our customer service.
The delivery for X-Pole poles and accessories might be subject to additional shipping charges. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination, as well as the number and weight of the packages.

Particularity of X-Pole X-Stages : the delivery of the X-Pole X-Stage pole dance podiums is done at the doorstep, that is to say at the foot of the truck at the curb in front of the house or at the foot of the apartment building. No delivery is made upstairs or in the home. Make sure you make your arrangements to be able to transport the packages on your own to the desired room. Packages are most often packaged and delivered on a pallet. Single-use pallets are not taken back or disposed of upon delivery. Special conditions may be applied for Corsica, the islands and certain high-altitude localities (product not available or at extra cost).
